HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation Requests must be submitted same day before 12 pm (PST).
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order after 12pm (PST), since we process and print all items at the time of purchase. Please e-mail us at support@delectablenightmares.com to submit your request.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your item on USPS.com. Kindly allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated on USPS.com. If been more than 3-5 business days and you still have not received a tracking number for your package, please send us an e-mail at support@delectablenightmares.com.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Since, we use USPS to ship all our packages, please allow 5-10 business days for U.S. orders to be delivered and 10-30 business days for international delivery. If you still have not received your package within this time frame, please contact us support@delectablenightmares.com.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for orders within 30 days of the date of purchase. For more information about returning or exchanging your order, please view our Return / Exchange policy or contact us - support@delectablenightmares.com.
